Today, I would like to give you a brief overview of the inspection process for small parts.
We will use a POL part as an example to illustrate how we conduct sampling and full inspection before products are stored in the warehouse.

First, during the sampling inspection, we perform an appearance check. Staff randomly select several parts to carefully examine for any burrs or visible defects. This step ensures that the parts meet quality standards in terms of appearance.

Next, we use gauges to compare the dimensions with the drawings, focusing on checking whether the length and width of the parts are correct. We make sure that all measurements fall within the tolerance range; Only compliant parts are considered qualified.

Finally, we conduct a thread gauge inspection to ensure the accuracy of the threads. The thread specification for this inspection is 1/4 -18NPT, and staff members will individually measure thread part against a thread gauge to ensure they meet the standards.
Below are three short videos showcasing the random sampling inspection process. These videos provide a more intuitive understanding of the standards and procedures we follow in small parts inspection.
